Basketball STRENGTH

Basketball STRENGTH came out in 2008 due to necessity. It is a prepatory guide for basketball players. The design of the program is centered upon bilateral stride mechanics and specific movement patterns that occur repetitiously during the course of basketball play. This program is written for the player by the player. Basketball STRENGTH assumes a player puts a vast majority of his or her energy into individual skill drills improvement. The program accompanies a player who understands prioritization based on demand.

All aspiring and current players should use skill drills on a daily basis that mimic game play. An hour a day is enough if the intensity and execution are right. Bruce Webster was my coach at the University of Bridgeport from 1997-2000. His mentoring had helped me to become fundamentally adequate thus maximizing my potential as a basketball player.

.

Bruce helped me to become a player that could play three offensive positions and four defensive positions. This versatility helped me to contribute to my team.

Rick Pitino is an excellent basketball coach. Everything his team does is for a specific purpose. Each drill contains a plethora of intracacies that occur continually during game play. It makes no difference what drill he is leading because the skills will happen all game long in another application. Rick Pitino is essential for the basketball player to understand how to execute drills thus maximizing time. Potential can be reached when the drills, effort, and execution are correct.
